2024: A YEAR OF TRANSITION AND CHANGE

The Ministry Training School EBNESR begins a special moment in 2024. This work, which emerged 25 years ago with the missionary work of Randy and Kathy Short, is going through transformation that will allow the institution’s plans and objectives to continue.

Randy and Kathy Short are moving to the USA in July 2024. We will all miss this couple who have dedicated their lives to the gospel in Brazil. But the good news is that Randy Short will continue to assist as President Emeritus and Kathy Short as EBNESR advisor. Both will make several annual visits to monitor the work in Brazil.

RICARDO SOBRAL

The new President of the Ministry Training School EBNESR

Ricardo Sobral has been married to Sueneide Sobral for 35 years. He has worked as a teacher and director at EBNESR since 2011, but was already teaching as a guest teacher before being hired by the school. Ricardo was an evangelist in São Paulo-SP and João Pessoa-PB. He is a theologian, Master in Religious Sciences, biblical translator and member of the Research Group on Human Sciences, Theology and Beliefs, at the Federal University of Paraíba. He has a Postgraduate Degree in Higher Education Teaching in Theology and has experience in Classical Languages. His wife, Sueneide Sobral, is active in caring for other women, has the gift of seeing needs and enjoys visiting those who are going through difficult times. She has been an excellent helper and is fundamental to her husband’s ministry.

ELIAS CAMPOS

The Administrative Director of the Ministry Training School EBNESR.

Elias Campos has been married to Leylane Campos for 14 years. He was a student in the EBNESR internal program when he was 19 years old, and was an evangelist in the cities of João Pessoa-PB and Campinas-SP. He has worked at EBNESR since 2016, but has already taught at the School as a guest professor since 2009. He coordinated three EBNESR centers in the cities of João Pessoa-PB, Patos-PB and Campinas-SP from 2009 to 2018. He has a degree in Administration and Theology, He is a Master in Theology, Specialist in Higher Education Teaching and Specialist in Religious Sciences and Religious Education. His wife, Leylane Campos, also completed EBNESR training, graduating in 2011. She has a degree in marketing and has worked in the editorial production of books from EBNESR publishing since 2021.
