November and December 2025:
CRE – Annual Event
We started November 2025 by participating in the organization of the CRE, a conference that gathers brothers — mostly ministers from congregations in various states across the Northeast — for three days of Bible study. The event, led by missionaries Allen Dutton Jr. and Enio Latorre with the support of EBNESR, takes place at Lar Maná, a shelter for vulnerable children. Its location at the facility also strengthens the work developed there, as a portion of the registration fee is fully allocated to financially support the maintenance and projects of the institution.

The Baptisms of Joelma Gomes
and Guiomar do Espírito Santo
Joelma and Guiomar came to us after a long journey in search of a place where faith was lived out as they found in the Scriptures. Guiomar shared that she often prayed, asking God for an environment that reflected what she read in the Bible, and, with tears in her eyes, she said she was enchanted with the Church of Christ because she finally feels God’s love in the people and in their actions. Upon emerging from the waters, her joy was so profound that she kept repeating, radiant: ‘I belong to Jesus! I belong to Jesus!’
It was equally special to see Joelma Gomes’ oldest son, only 6 years old, leave the service asking: ‘When will there be Church again?’ He was enthusiastic about Sunday School and the kindness of the teachers. Every baptism brings us joy, but this one touched us in a particular way, especially considering the difficulties this family faced in denominations marked by authoritarianism.

2025 Wrap-up
The Ministry Training School concluded its activities for the year with moments of fellowship. The courses wrapped up in a special atmosphere between students and teachers, who were able to celebrate together everything that was learned and experienced throughout the period.

In addition to the student gatherings, planning meetings were also held with the staff and faculty, carefully and purposefully preparing every detail for 2026. It was a blessed year-end closing, full of expectations for what is to come.

To conclude, we also had the general fellowship with the EBNESR team and the resident students. It was a time when everyone could celebrate the work accomplished throughout 2025. The year 2025 was full of blessings.

In the first semester, we held a graduation ceremony and welcomed visiting members from the United States. Throughout the year, the Training Program taught 49 subjects and hosted 10 classes for evangelism courses. We saw baptisms, published six new books through EBNESR Publishing House, promoted edification events for the Church and for ministers, participated in various programs through teaching and preaching, and launched the first Academy of Worship Leaders in Brazil.
We were also able to contribute to missionary work and rejoice over the faithful support of all of you, who gave us the necessary backing to accomplish so much. We are profoundly grateful to God for each one of you. May the Lord continue to bless your lives abundantly. Thank you very much!
“I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.”
