At the end of this first quarter at the EBNESR Ministry Training School, we gratefully celebrated a 63% increase in student enrollment compared to the first quarter of the previous year. In addition, we completed another evangelistic course — and this time, we witnessed the baptism of young Gabriel, who took the course with Professor Madson Machado.

On the last Sunday of March, Elias Campos visited the congregation in Natal, which receives support from EBNESR. During his visit, he taught the Sunday Bible class and brought the message during the service. After lunch, some brothers went to the city of Nova Cruz, where a new evangelistic work is being developed and already has a congregation of six brothers. Elias also preached at the service in Nova Cruz. The work in this city is being overseen by evangelist Helder Sales from Natal, who is a graduate of EBNESR. The work in the city was started by Luiz Nascimento, who was also studying at EBNESR and went to the arms of the Father on March 21. Luiz had the dream of evangelizing his hometown, and he left with plans to make this happen. We ask for prayers for his wife and daughter, Lourdes and Lara Nascimento, as well as for the Church in Nova Cruz and for the work that will continue in the city. Luiz Nascimento fought the good fight and left a legacy, a spiritual dream that will happen through the Church in Nova Cruz for the honor and glory of God.
